The centerpiece of all automatic melt filters is the filter screen. It has very fine holes that are created by laser-drilling into the specially hardened screen disc. The number of holes on the filter screen is higher than the traditional punched screens, thus providing better filtration. The filter screens are produced with advanced technology and engineering, having the minimum rate of faulty holes on the surface for improved performance.
